(STARTING NOW )Summer Athlete Strength and Conditioning

We will begin our summer athlete/sports Conditioning program on Monday July 8th at 3pm

This will be the most complete program for the money.  We will cover strength, speed, power, flexibility, nutrition, injury prevention and mindset.


Start Monday July 8th at 3pm and will go for 1 1/2 hr.

This is a 4 day a week program and will cover 2 phases of training this Summer (4weeks each).  (M/Tue/TH/Fri)
