When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you are signing up for a unique program specifically tailored to your current fitness level. Our coaches will track your progress over the course of your sessions and keep you up to date every step of the way.
We recommend you take advantage of at least one Personal Training session per week along with CrossFit Group Classes to ensure you are getting maximum results.
