The GU CrossFit Class is offered each semester (Fall / Spring) through Gonzaga University. Students who are interested in the program will register through the University and will receive 1 college credit for completing the class.
During this class, students will learn the basics of how to properly and safely perform barbell, dumbbell and kettlebell movements. They will also experience a variety of workouts using various equipment giving them a well rounded experience.
By the end of the semester you will become healthier, stronger and increase your level of fitness as well as gain the knowledge, foundation and confidence to workout in any gym.
