The GU CrossFit Class is offered each semester (Fall / Spring) through Gonzaga University. Students who are interested in the program will register through the University and will receive 1 college credit for completing the class.


Students will learn how to properly and safely perform the basic barbell, dumbbell and kettlebell movements as well as various bodyweight.

By the end of the semester you will become healthier, stronger and increase your level of fitness.
