What will my first time in your gym be like?


Your first time in, we want you to feel comfortable. We will give you a tour of the facilities then sit down and talk with you to learn about you, your previous training history, medical history, hear about any specific goals and answer any questions you may have.

From there we will have you go through our “Baseline” workout.  This is a simple bodyweight workout designed for us (and you) to get a quick snapshot of your fitness level and how well you move.  It will also give you an idea of how we do things on a daily basis.

Once the workout is complete we will do some stretching and cool down then sit down and figure out the best route to getting you started with CrossFit Spokane.
