Brad began CrossFit in 2013, after years of running and simple bodyweight workouts. He discovered a passion for weightlifting and an appreciation for the community that CrossFit brings out.
He completed his CrossFit L-1 and began coaching in 2017, later adding certificates in weightlifting and gymnastics. Seeing and helping others succeed is what drives him to coach.
