Nutrition Orientation and Set Up ($110)
This starts w/ filling out our questionnaire which gives us insight into your specific nutritional needs, current nutritional habits and any pertinent information needed that would impact your health. This includes known allergies or food intolerances, medication use, other health problems, and the other health care providers they work with as well as your motivation to improve your health.
We will also set you up within the “Precision Nutrition” software / program and go over how the program works and the expectation
Nutrition Coaching (PN) ($480) + Nutrition & Accountability (Trainerize App) ($360)
Precision Nutrition is the foundation of our Nutrition Coaching. This curriculum is designed for healthy eating habits and lifelong and sustainable nutritional habits. You will have one on one interaction and accountability (through our Trainerize app) w/ our nutrition coach and short (5-10 min) daily assignments.
Nutrition Guide, Meal Plan & Recipes ($200)
Along with all other things nutrition, we will provide you with a step by step nutrition guide to help you better understand all the nutrition basics. It will also include a meal plan guide and some great recipes to help make your weeks and days easie
24/7 Support & Accountability Text, Phone, Email ($160)
While we will be using our Trainerize app to communicate on things like daily 5 minute habit goals. You will have 24/7 access to your coach whether it be text, phone call or email. Whichever method you prefer
Custom Program Design ($400)
The Jumpstart program is designed to help you reach your goals in one of the specific areas: Fat loss, Muscle Gain, Sports Performance or Getting out of Pain / Corrective Exercise.
In addition, you may require more specific exercises or workouts to help you reach your goals. This could include fixing strength imbalances, Mobility issues, Additional strength training or workouts to do outside of the gym on your own.
Everybody is a little different in what they may need to reach their goals. The custom programing is specific to your needs.
Goal Setting & Planning ($110)
You will hit the target you are aiming for. If you have no target or goal, how can you be expected to reach it? The goal setting and planning session is our process to discover your ultimate goal then create a plan and short-term benchmarks along the way to ensure your staying on track. This may include a specific goal weight or body composition change, decreased medication usage, improved performance measures, and improved relationship with food.
12 Weeks Unlimited Group Coaching ($570)
A form of high intensity interval training, CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level. These movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing etc.
